Ingredients:
6 (4 ounce) tilapia filets
1/2 ts paprika
1/2 ts cumin
1/4 ts garlic powder
1/2 ts thyme
1/2 ts ground mustard seed
1/2 ts coriander
1/4 ts salt
1/2 ts black pepper
1/2 ts dried chopped basil
1/8 ts chili powder
1/4 ts marjoram
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Makes about 6 (4 ounce servings)

1. Preheat the oven to 400°.
2. Combine spices in a small bowl
3. Melt butter in a small microwave safe bowl, then add lemon juice and olive oil.
4. Brush filets with lemon juice solution, then sprinkle with spices.
5. Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until cooked to an internal temperature of 145°.
6. Serve and enjoy!
