5 Ingredient Funfetti Cookies

These are honestly probably the easiest cookies I have ever made. It takes less than five minutes to make the dough, refrigerates for ten, then bakes for 12. Bingo! Ready to eat cookies in under thirty minutes. The secret? Use cake mix as the base for the cookies (thank me later).

Ingredients:

15.25 oz box Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix

1/2 cup vegetable/canola oil

2 eggs

~1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

~1/4 cup white chocolate chips

*Makes ~24 cookies (~120 calories per cookie)

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Combine cake mix, oil, and egg, mixing until thoroughly combined.

3. Mix in chocolate chips.

4. Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes. While dough chills, prepare cookie sheets by lining 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

5. Remove from refrigerator, and roll into small balls on prepared cookie sheet ( I made 24 cookies). I suggest using the back of a spoon to slightly flatten tops of cookies.

6. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before consumption.

*Note: I suggest microwaving cookies for 15-20 seconds before eating.
